Q: Who is responsible for coordinating details on the day of my event? A: The Event Manager, in conjunction with the Vice President/Chef are responsible for coordinating your entire event.
Q: Who does room and table decorations? A: Room and table decoration arrangements are coordinated by either the client or with the assistance of our Events Coordinator.
Q: Do I need to purchase extra flowers for the food presentation? A: One of Crusade Custom Caterers fortes is that we do excellent station and buffet presentations with flowers, greens and props. This is all coordinated with you.
Q: Can children have a separate menu? A: Yes, we have several children friendly menu ideas.
Q: Who does the floor plans and itineraries? A: A floor plan and an itinerary are completed at one of the coordination meetings you will have with our Events Coordinator. We just need to know the number of guests to be seated at each table.
Q: What about special meals? A: Our mission is to service catering requirements of our clients. All we need to know is who gets them and where they are seated during your event.
